The perfect escape from reality..

Caron and Ed Hunt have lived in Ludford village for some considerable time and are classed as ‘locals’ which can be an achievement in itself. We are very family orientated and have 7 grown up children plus 6 (1 on the way) grandchildren. We bought ‘The Annex’ for the big family events in order to accommodate everyone and felt we could also give other people the chance to enjoy its facilities which is why we have now opened its doors to you. Some useful information

Facilities at the House

 

There is easy and close parking available on Stocks Hill, and you are able to Unload straight from the doorstep of The Annex. While there are no actual garden facilities, there is a back walk way and seating on the front path. The field in front of the house is a Meadow with access to General Public & Dogs. There are also plenty of stunning public walks that are easily accessed from Stocks Hill. At no time and under no circumstances do we allow smoking in The Annex - however, there is space for smokers to the rear of the house. All your basic necessities are available, Washing Machine, a Drying Area for your Clothes, Fridge and a Freezer.

*Visitors are advised NOT to follow the Sat Nav as it will take them up an unmade lane. Instead, stay on the main road until you get to the Church. Park the car on Stocks Hill which is immediately before or after the Church wall (depending on direction you come in). The Annex is on the main road in between The Old Post Office and Miecroft House.

Once we have confirmed your booking we will send you an email with our bank details so the you can make a 50% payment by BACS which is non-refundable. The 50% balance should be paid 7 days before your arrival by BACS. If you are unable to transfer monies by BACS please let us know and we can arrange for other means of payment.
